  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • Standard International Shipping: Rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • International Express Shipping: Available for a faster delivery, with rates and delivery times calculated at checkout.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier or our support team at care@maravellaglow.com. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to assist you.
  • Damaged: If your package arrives damaged, please email us immediately with photos and a description of the damage. We will work with you to replace the item or provide a refund.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
