At Maravella Glow, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process.
Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Exclusions: We do not have any final sale items. All products are eligible for return within the stated period.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
- No restocking fees will be charged for any returns.
Free Return Shipping
- We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns. To initiate a return, please contact us at care@maravellaglow.com to receive a prepaid return shipping label.
How to Start a Return
- Email care@maravellaglow.com with your order number and details about the return.
- We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
- Pack your items securely and drop them off at the nearest shipping carrier location.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at care@maravellaglow.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
